It’s spring and that means spring cleaning at The Fremont Senior Living Springfield, MO and at home. For me spring cleaning is a great time to work on outside beautification projects at home and at our community. One thing I like to do is to spend extra time making sure trash and leaf piles that may have collected over the winter are picked up and disposed of properly.
The exterior of your home or community is what people see first and most generally is the first impression that they’ll have of both. First impressions are and always have been important. This is another benefit of spring cleaning, making a good first impression.
Spring is a great time to set health goals, from eating healthier to more outside activities. I’ve always found it easier to eat healthier when I spend more time outdoors doing projects or leisure activities such as walking, hiking, or kayaking.
